First - Understand Your Timelines
I got this, right?
In a span of 30 days, I went from feeling like "I got this" to "What is going on?"
Everything happened so quickly.
There was a three-day period where I realized that every moment of my day had been scheduled for me - because of a class, a briefing, an appointment.
I didn't realize that all these different organizations don't talk to each other. They each had their different timelines and requirements. For instance, I wanted to do a SkillBridge internship, but you had to complete, or capstone, the Transition Assistance Program (TAP). I didn't know this, and I was lucky to start my Transition Assistance Program classes as early as I did, or I would have missed out on the opportunity for the SkillBridge internship.
